Peter is an avid golfer, and enjoys watching Florida Gators football. In 2018, Peter set a record number of steps climbed at the St. Augustine Lighthouse. He went up and down 45 times.

Lance focuses his practice on litigation matters related to construction litigation, commercial and residential real estate contract disputes, insurance disputes and claims against insurance companies who wrongfully deny claims, quiet title actions, and construction lien law. Growing up in Oklahoma, Lance was involved in construction at an early age as a trim carpenter with experience in various other areas of construction. He joined the military in 2002 and has been deployed to combat situations on multiple occasions. While serving in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma National Guard, he pursued his bachelor’s degree in Criminology at the University of Oklahoma. Lance moved to Florida to attend law school in 2015 and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2018. Lance applies his natural competitive drive, real-world experience, and attention to detail to every endeavor he involves himself in to obtain the best result he can achieve. In his free time, Lance enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, kayaking, hiking, diving, and surfing with his wife and son.
